What exactly do you do?
I'm a professionally trained Couples and Family Therapist who believes in a trauma-informed, holistic approach, and seeks to partner with clients to create healthier individuals and relationships.
To support and resource our clients, we use various, evidence-based practices including:

- Family Systems Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
I also have experience doing play therapy and have completed speciality research focused on supporting expatriate children (Third Culture Kids) in cross-cultural environments and during relocation.
